ABUDA charger

I had been charging our phones with cheap ones from the five-dollar store, not knowing that it was ruining my battery. Just got a new phone and the Verizon people warned me about it and said my phone would get hot with the cheap ones, which it did. I bought these thinking they were Apple brand, they are not. But I took them to Verizon and they said they were good, just like Brand name. I haven’t had any trouble with the phones getting hot. Highly recommend, good buy for the price.

I purchased 4 of these cables. I tested each one immediately on my iPad 4. My iPad indicated "Not Charging" on 3 of the cables. I was prepared to return them when I decided to test them again. I don't recall if I tested them once, twice or three times again, but eventually my iPad stopped indicating "Not Charging" and showed power to the iPad from these cables! I haven't had time to try an actual charge again on my iPad or iPhone (am packing to move) so I can't give these cables 5 stars!!! I hope they work the next time I try to use them!

I am impressed with the quality of these cables (fresh out of the box; I can not attest to how well these cables will survive the test of time [they appear to be identical to the Apple cables which are notorious for breaking quickly]). However, be forewarned that the lightning end of the cable, the end that plugs into your device, is larger than the genuine Apple lightning cable and therefore will not fit into the port opening of certain phone cases. I am using an Otterbox Armor case and this cable will not fit.
