One of the things that makes my MacBook Pro such a joy is its light, thin, portable design. I dreaded the thought of putting it in heavy, bulky bag. I liked the sleek look of the MOSISO Messenger Laptop Shoulder Bag. The fabric and color make it look more modern and 'personal' than the pile of black ballistic nylon bags I have gone through over the years. I choose blue as a more casual color that didn't scream "this is a laptop bag". The size and weight are a perfect fit for me. It feels like a heavily padded laptop sleeve with zippers and handles, which adds protection and portability instead of bulk. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of storage in this bag. I can easily fit my MacBook, charger, mouse, iPad, notebooks (the good, old fashioned paper kind), and even a small handbag if the gusset is zipped open. There is a pocket in the front that I call the 'office', with small inner pockets for cards, pens, and small items. The outer pockets let you store and access items without having to open the main pocket. All outer pockets have zippers. One reviewer mentions stiff, or sticky, zippers. I noticed that the zipper on the back pocket was a bit stiff, but opening and closing it a few times broke it in and I have no complaints. I like that it can be carried as a shoulder bag, as a handle bag, or as a sleeve. The shoulder strap is removable and the handles tuck into their own pockets. The main pocket opens widely for easy loading and unloading. There is a strap on the inner laptop pocket to hold the laptop in place. Granted, this is not a crash bag. While it is nicely padded, it is designed to be lightweight and flexible. It is not a rigid bag. I do have a shock case on my MacBook, however, and it fits into the bag effortlessly. If you can't tell, I really am pleased with this bag. The only suggestion I might have would be the same for any bag: make the inside color bright and contrasting to easily find things. Finding dark items in a dark bag is no fun. This is the way my camera bags are designed and once you've used a bag like that, you appreciate the convenience.

I like small briefcase for work, but still need to carry a MacBox Pro with the bulky charger. This one holds it all plus has enough pockets to make easy to organize, both sides of the bag has storage. The shoulder strap is great and tucks into the side pocket when you are using the handles. Only minor issue is one of the zippers was binding/sticking when it arrived, I just rubbed a wax candle along the zipper then use a hot hair dryer to melt the wax.... has be great ever since.

This product is very well made and I am happy with it. I would have given the 5 stars but it is a little bigger than I had expected from the description on Amazon. The best feature of this product are the two pocket places that the carry handles fit in to be out of the way when not in use. Those two pocket places are also very handy for cell phone or keys. There is ample room inside for my tablet for any folders that I may be carrying. I'm also able to use it as a purse from time to time so I can carry everthing in one bag instead of taking my purse and a tablet carrier. The color is great (blue) and the material is awsome. I may order another color soon as I see how I get used to carrying it every day. Well worth the price!

I just received this today and I'm already impressed. Two large zippered compartments on each side, two fairly deep (about half the depth of the carrier itself) open compartments on each side. Inside is compartment with a strap to close it, two large pockets and another interior space. The shoulder strap is tucked inside, there seems to be a set of extra rubber foot cushions. I think this is going to be an excellent carrying case for my new laptop. I'm impressed at the quality also. Don't hesitate to get one - I don't see any negatives at this point.

I bought this bag because I loved the color, and I liked the slim design. I was ready to downsize my hefty messenger bag for an easier lift every day - and for this kind of day to day use, it's great! I can fit some writing utensils, a few medicinal supplies, and some files and a sketchbook pretty easily. When I add my computer and its changer cord and/or wireless mouse, it starts to get tight, but it is still manageable. Where I ran into a bit of trouble was trying to use this bag for flying. It's the right size for a plane, but I found out that I couldn't actually fill the bag to its full capacity - maxing out even one compartment made the other slots too tight to fit much else into. There is a zipper on the bottom that lets you open up about an inch of extra space, but it doesn't amount to a noticeable difference for me. The plastic loops that the strap adheres to are also really not sturdy. I regularly attached and detached the clips so I could attach my water bottle, store the shoulder strap, etc, but after a couple weeks of doing this daily, one of the plastic clips snapped. I was able to salvage the bag by tying the strap through the loop, but it was a shame to see that it's not designed for heavy use or regular movement. 4 people found this helpful

I usually find something that doesn’t meet my expectations about my purchases and may be a bit picky, but this particular product has exceeded all my expectations. It is well-made with sturdy, quality materials It was obviously well-designed to meet the load capacity of anyone who uses their laptops and iPads on the road. I can fit all 3 of my external SSDS as well as cables, power cords, and have the option to utilize the handles only or add the shoulder strap if I need it. I like how all the zippers are smooth working with metal tabs and small ropes to grab. There are also nicely-laid-out pockets inside each of the main sections as well as on the outside pockets. It does not lack for any space to separate your laptop supplies, note pads, pen, and connectors. It’s comes in very stylish colors (I chose purple, my favorite color, and my MacBook air has a case with shades of purple on it.) This has been a delightful surprise for the best case I could’ve selected and ordered. It’s not too small and not too big and one of the nicer features is the zipper around the bottom which allows for larger power bricks and such to be stored without bulging the case out. I’m very happy with this purchase and would gladly buy another one if I needed it.

This bag is good for a purse and carrying a small computer. However, they sent me a blue bag when I ordered black. Anyway, I do like the product very much. It seems quite durable, considering the cost. It can hold a lot without being bulky. Although it is a computer bag, it can be quite versatile. Because of the many pockets, it can be an overnight bag, purse, or briefcase. The wide shoulder strap is nice, too. I also like the little handles on the bag. My only slight complaint is that the zipper pulls may not hold up, since they are little plastic things held on to the zippers with little string cords, which might break off if one pulls too hard on the zippers. The zipper tabs should have been made of metal. Still, I like the bag.

This little bag fits everything I could possibly need for an extended trip out of the office or away from home for a day. I keep a 13" laptop with its charger, a slim mouse, and a myriad of dongles, along with e-cigarette batteries and other vaping supplies, a small pharmacy and first aid kit, headphones, phone charger, battery pack, pens, and a whole bunch of other things, along with several work folders and other documents, on a daily basis, and I've still got room to carry more if I need to. The strap's long enough to fit around my large frame and I barely notice it when it's slung over my shoulder. Fits the bill perfectly.
