t’s the perfect size. The drawer has a slide so it won’t fall on top of your knees as you’re sitting in the chair. I noticed if you put your organizers caddy-corner it gives you more room. The table-top is about the size of a standard dresser. It’s very sturdy, and the mirror quality is bar-none. It came with no scratches or dents & all of it’s parts. *You will need a Philips head screwdriver though* the top scratches easily too so I’d suggest a protective liner or even a placemat. The mirror tips smoothly and isn’t crooked, and mine sits tight if the screws are tightened. There are no loose or wobbley parts to this vanity. I’m 5’1 & 120lbs. but there’s plenty of room for a taller person. I’d imagine this would fit someone up to 5’11 comfortably. I love it, it’s small and simple but that’s just what I needed. It’s also an inch deeper & an inch wider than most of the similar vanities I saw on Amazon (I compared measurements). I shopped around for about a week. It took about 20 minutes to assemble. The espresso finish is lighter in some areas. It’s not perfectly uniform & solid but it makes the finish look more realistic, I like it. It’s definitely worth the money. I paid 36.63$ just for our crappy wire dvd stand so, ya know, it’s worth the price. Also, the bottom of the table legs has small holes to insert rubber floor protectors/anti- scratch nubs.It was packaged extremely well and arrived virtually unscathed.UPDATE: CHECK YOUR STOOL REGULARLY!Mine became wobbly after maybe, 15 light uses. We’re going to recover and apply heavy duty glue to the joints to reinforce them. The screws come loose w/ regular use. So please be careful and give it a little wobble with your hands now & then.

Perfect for my NYC apartment (aka glorified closet!)Omg, it's like I designed this vanity for myself.! Measurements were on point, was able to carry the box into the apartment and assemble everything by myself in 30 min. Make sure to screw in everything tightly (but not too tight!).Cosmetic organizers courtesy of the company Bino (yay, Home Goods!) and marble liner from a dollar store.!I used stick-on LED lights that I purchased also from Amazon. Lining all 4 sides was WAY too bright (likely because the mirror isn't huge), therefore I lined only the top and bottom of the mirror. Perfect, perfect, perfect.I'm a 5'6", avg-sized woman and I found the table/stool set wasn't too short. However, a taller lady may not agree. Hope this helps!

I was doing my makeup on the floor in front of my standing mirror and finally decided to buy a vanity to use instead. Our bedroom is small, so I needed something small enough to tuck into the corner of the room. I chose this vanity because it looked cute, had a mirror, and was small enough to fit yet large enough to store my various beauty products. Also, the reviews seemed mostly positive.Everything came pretty well packaged, especially the mirror. The stool did have a crack and slight dent underneath on one side. Since you can't see it, it doesn't bother me at all but my boyfriend was worried that it would give in at any second and collapse. He was able to build everything in less than 20 minutes. He used wood glue on both the vanity and the stool to better hold each piece together.I've been using the stool for the past few days (5'6", currently 190 lbs) and my boyfriend has sat on it as well (5'10", 200 lbs) and the stool has been holding up well. I just make sure to pick it up slightly when I move it instead of dragging it across the floor. It's actually well padded and comfortable to sit on. The space underneath the vanity is roomy and I can sit on the stool and fit under the desk without feeling restricted. The width on the stool is about 18 and 1/4 inches. The entrance to the desk (where you'll scoot in) is about 23 and 3/4 inches. The space from the top of the stool to the bottom of the desk is about 7 and 3/4 inches.I included a picture of the vanity right after my boyfriend had built it and added some LED lights around the mirror.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this to others looking for a decent vanity for cheap or for a vanity for a small bedroom.)
