ESUE ceramic knife

Excellent quality - love full tang blade (handles are pinned onto sides. Used it for Turkey & roast carving & cut through like butter.Nice design & balance. Packaging was beautifully displayed in black box with a fitted foam compartment- packaging reminded me of how my Waterford Crystal cake knife was packed.Cuts amazingly well on anything I've tried - meats, tomatoes.Liked it so much (product, packaging & price) I bought 3 more to give as future gifts.
