Super comfy. My girlfriend has herniated discs in her back and she uses it for long drives all the time she says that it works great you just have to remember to take it out of the car if it's going to be really hot or really cold but other than that small quirk, it's fantastic.

This pillow has saved my lower back. I have a nice recliner but lacked support or lower. This pillow puts me at proper height and supports tailbone area. I'm very pleased with it.
