Fineat Wrist ball

I am a 70-year-old woman with a retired medical doctor and have been in medical work for more than 40 years. I recently underwent surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome and cubital tunnel syndrome (8 weeks ago), and my hands are very fragile. I am using NSD Power to automatically start the spinner to repair the injured arm/hand. I received my device today, and although my condition is very weak, there is no difficulty in starting it. Any negative comments seem to be for the inability to start this device. If I can start this device, anyone can. The secret is to resist the force exerted by the spinner. Due to my weakness, I have to move my hands and arms very slowly, but my arm movement will be affected by the resistance provided by the spinner. Absolutely worship! I used to sell something in a novelty store a few years ago. I haven't seen it in years. When my artist daughter started complaining about her wrist pain, I knew she needed one of them. This is when I remember. Good balance and endurance are good, not a real deal.
