focld Household basket

This is a sturdy, firmly framed, beautifully made basket. It does have a strong hyacinth scent, but I love that earthy quality. It does narrow at the bottom, so works for a single stack of folded laundry, and it's nice and deep so holds a full load. I use it to run laundry up and down the stairs of an old row home with the laundry in the basement and the clothes mostly up on the 3rd floor. It's lightweight with sturdy handles and stands well on its own. Also, the hyacinth is smooth enough to not need a liner, but probably wouldn't throw my tights in here anyway. Would recommend.

I really love the basket itself. The only issue I have with it is the bottom is not totally flat. If your going to put in on hardwood floor it will be fine. However, where I want to put it, I want it to sit partly on hardwood floor and partly on area rug and it wont stay put it falls over. I either have to put in on the carpet or on the hardwood floor. But other then that its a very nice basket and seems strong.

This basket is very well made. The picture is accurate as shown on amazon. The handles on the basket are very useful (not overly large) and are a part of the basket itself. I don’t worry about the handles coming off. I’m using it as a toy basket for my grandson’s toys.
