Genpim Sprinklers

Works exactly as described. Installation instructions are poor, as is the information from the Gardena website. Installation is shockingly difficult, but probably worth it. Installation tip: Use a wrench to tighten the fittings.

My first oscillating sprinkler was from Home Depot, $20 bucks & fell apart; decided to upgrade & looked at Gilmore & Melnor; the Gilmore rotation/oscillation is slow (at first I wasn't sure if it wasn't rotating/oscillating or if my well pressure was low); turns out it oscillates slowly but it gets the area well watered; I like that you can change the spray to be wider or narrower, and it has an on/off switch on the sprinkler itself. So far no horse has stepped on it although I usually move it; nor have the dogs tried to chew it up. Good product & I would buy it again.

These have great water pressure and width adjusters. I have had several kinds of these and the tabs always end up breaking off. These seem like a little better design than the last few. I don't think they'll last past a season or two, but for the price that's ok. I paid way more for the last few and they didn't do any better. I'm very happy with them so far. They oscillate slowly and evenly. Infact I did re-order right after I got the first one. Just to have a back up.
