Good products, and provide a nice progression for your hand strength development. If you master the hardest one, the company makes another set with even tougher rings. I was surprised at how strong these are - I thought they might be too easy, but you can get a forearm burn just as well with these as with more typical varieties.Best of all, they don't go "squink! screech! squink!" like the spring based versions. Sorta stealth hand strength training. Not sure that's really important, aside from avoiding annoying squinchy spring sounds. As a bonus, since they're made of rubber, you can use them to invent all sorts of household games where you throw them and try to hook them on stuff. Not that I myself would do that, because I'm a pillar of stoic maturity. Yessir, that's what they call me at the finger painting sessions. Mr. Stoic Maturity.
