Fymis Wireless Router

I expected to have to purchase additional access points to get whole home wifi in our 2400 Sq. ft home but ended up that this unit alone was good enough to cover the whole house, even thru walls!!! I even mounted the unit in a closet and it has great signal through out the house. I may go ahead and purchase a couple of the additional access points just so that I can get a better signal on the porch and the additional Acre of land around the house. But for now the signal is sufficient directly around the outside of the house.Did give it 3 stars on the user interface, this is because it required me to use my smart phone to do the initial setup, and I am an old IT professional so would prefer a WEB GUI interface to setup from my laptop.

Due to the large number of users, the router that used a link in the past is always disconnected and needs to be restarted manually.After hardly changing the NETGEAR, I never disconnected. Tri-band can meet almost all needs.The firmware is not a problem. It is not necessarily a good thing to update the firmware every two days. Stability is the most important.

The machine is very good. After brushing with Merlin, it can be seen happily after installation. In addition, iptv penetration can be set to solve the problem that iptv must be directly connected to the optical modem.The disadvantage is that the temperature is relatively high. Because I put a weak current box, I equipped it with a fan base, worrying about overheating and crashing.
