These mats are a life saver for cooking sirloin burgers and fish which constantly fall apart on the grates of our grill due to a low fat content to hold the burgers together. I also like them for grilled vegetables , so they don't fall in between the grates while cooking They usually last about 2 seasons, and then become hard to clean . Takes high heat and very versatile. Best mat I own. Feels strong and durable. Con: hard to wash with a sponge. You think it’s clean, but then the next day you go to grab it and it’s still slick with oil from the night before. So you gotta stub it hard and rinse, then check and scrub again.
