hasoo charger

My phone, tablet and Fire like to warn me that I am using old chargers from several years ago. With an old charger it could take 3 hours to charge my phone from 50% to 100%. With a new high-powered charger it takes 45 minutes. The included chargers for Europe are nice, though I am not jetting back and forth across the pond. I'm sure I will lose these adapters before I go there again anyway. I do travel a lot in North America and I like that the American prongs fold down. I also like the indicator light that shows you have power. I have been fooled several times by the power strip being off.

This charges an iPhone 8 Plus at 14-15 Watts when at 50% battery. Before I measured it, I wasn't sure if it worked. The phone will chime, then a few seconds later, will stop charging and then chime and restart. The first charge is at 5V, and then I assume it's negotiating the USB-PD or something because when it 'restarts', it's charging at 9V. The cord is thick but pliable and the connectors seat well in both ends.

I purchased one of these several months ago and was pleased with it. No problems whatsoever. Recently needed a fast charger at home, so I just bought a second one. Highly recommend!
