kamite Baking mat

Works great for cooking but still greasy when wipped down. Cleans great when put in the dishwasher. Unfortunately the instructions say to place it with the label up, there is no label. So idk if I'm cooking with it right side up or upside down. Both sides feel the same, so i just assume that u can use either side.

Absolutely love this set! Even though they are thin, they have a good bit of strength and firmness to them. I make homemade pizza and can form it on the rectangular one and transfer it to the oven with no problem. I had another, thicker baking mat for years, these by far surpass that one. Super easy to clean and after multiple uses, no wear and tear visible yet.

I went with this set because I didn't want the other accessories that some sets were including, like a spatula or a brush. I also didn't want any gaudy texts. These silicone baking mats fit the bill perfectly. Comes with 2x half sheets, 2x quarter sheets, and 1x 9 inch round silicone mats. Similar in color to the original Silpat, but far cheaper. I have roasted vegetables on it and baked cookies and all come out perfectly without sticking. I cannot attest how this fares with baking meat. I'm vegan. They're thin, but durable. I clean them with a natural bristle Redecker brush and regular dish soap after every use and they get very clean and new looking without much effort, then dry them by placing them haphazardly on my bamboo drying rack.
