If you have a high demand for natural color expressions, please don't miss it, because vivid colors will bring you comfort in the dark night. 2. [Hidden Flash Mode] We listen to and understand the needs of customers and improve the user interface of this LED flashlight. Some people like the "flash" mode, but others think it is annoying, so we hide the strobe mode by special activation (three clicks to open) so that we can keep the function for emergency use, but it won't let you use it every day. 3. Purchased the copper A9 several weeks ago. Had a heating issue and returned it. Claire (Customer Service) reached out to me to explore the issue. She wanted to troubleshoot, but I had returned the light. She offered to send me a new light to try out. I accepted and received the light promptly. No issues at all. It is a robust little light, which tops out at 450 lumens. (Nichia 219C). The copper version is a bit too heavy, in my opinion, to put on a keychain, but it is an incredibly pocketable light. Simple interface and programable. I suspect the copper will patina beautifully.

This light was packaged well and I received it quickly. After fully charging, the light it produced was very bright with good throw considering its small size. Smaller than a chap-stick, I keep it in my pants pocket all the time. One very slight issue: the micro-usb charging port is equipped nicely with a small plug to protect it when not in use. After charging it's a little difficult to get the plug to seat back in the port. Not a big deal, just have to finesse it a little bit. So don't be concerned when it seems a little difficult. The copper is developing a nice patina which makes it unique. I would recommend this light for casual, every day carry.

Great light, I recommend the Nichia LED version, less lumens but a beautifully warm light. The copper is raw and tarnished to the classic copper patina. The only problem I encountered was the rubber usb charging cover wouldn’t retract properly or return to its flush position. I added a strong o-ring around it to hold it together. The fix doesn’t bother me, but know the rubber tab will drive you mad. Other versions of Rovyvon lights come with extra rubber tabs, the A9 does not.
