Description
Double-decker golf balls are mainly made of two materials. The inner core of the golf ball is solid rubber and the outer shell is synthetic resin (also rubber). Each golf manufacturer produces a different formula and process for the inner core. As we all know, ordinary rubber products is relatively soft, the golf ball core hardness of shore hardness greater than 100 degrees, that is, its hardness is the same as the skin material, in order to make the rubber plastic and rubber elasticity, hardness and high impact strength without cracking, to add no more than 10 kinds of materials, to achieve this effect should be more than 20. In the early days, rubber (a very expensive rubber compound) was used as a coating material for double-decker golf balls. It has been replaced by synthetic resin. Rubber is mainly composed of rubber and plastic, in addition to cold resistance, wear resistance and hardness, there are two main characteristics: one is good impact strength; Second, it has high rubber elasticity. Due to its high production process and cost, the general synthetic resins and plastics on the market cannot meet this requirement. It cannot be produced in the country for general use. At present, most countries use golf ball shell materials 100% imported from the United States or Japan. 1) Weight and Diameter International ball weight: not less than 1.62 ounces (45.93 grams) International ball diameter: not less than 1.68 inches (4.276 cm).

The number of wind tunnels (i.e. surface pits) we chose is 392,392, which is one of the most perfect and difficult golf techniques in the world. The compactness and symmetry of its layout is unmatched by any brand. Because of the compactness between the pits, each pit is no longer round, but basically hexagonal. The aim is to make the Angle of the pass sharper. This greatly reduces the wind resistance and increases the backward thrust of the wind (see figure). In addition to the maximum flight distance, the stability of the flight direction is also one of the most common reasons.

The golf ball is 42.67mm in diameter and weighs 46g
