For the price, the features make this a bargain if it holds up. I only use bake, boil and convection features. Convection operation works very well and is quiet. Digital controls are logical and easy to use. Stainless steel inside and out makes it easy to keep clean. So far, very happy with it.

I bought this for my mom's Tiny House in the mountains. She doesn't have room for a full size stove/oven, and really didn't need one. We wanted her to be able to make casseroles, bake a few cookies, or make things like cornbread etc. This oven is fantastic.It feels high quality, the controls are precise, it holds heat wonderfully, takes up very little space, yet you can fit a full sized pan inside if it doesn't have handles. The controls are intuitive, just select the function you want, and it automatically selects a temp and adds a 20 min timer. Press the up/down buttons to easily adjust either one. The oven shows it is preheating and displays the temp once reached.

Holy moly! best toast I have ever made. I did a comparison taste test with the Balmuda toaster vs my cheapie $60 toaster oven. you can really taste the difference in the toast with the texture and the moistness of the inside of the toast. hands down Balmuda blew my other toaster out the water. so happy with purchase.
